Autumn Training 2015
15th September until 1st December (12 weeks)

Astroturf pitch (flat shoes recommended, no screw-in studded boots)
£5 per session*
Training is open to all players, of any ability, including those from other clubs. We’ll run a combination of minimal contact mixed gender drills plus separate men/women drills using opposite ends of the field.
We have access to the astro from 8:30pm so to maximise our hour we’ll run optional light fitness from 8pm. For those arriving for 8:30pm, please be changed, warmed-up and ready to run as soon as you get on the field.
For those without their own lacrosse equipment we have a stash of men’s and women’s sticks, plus around 8 sets of full men’s protective equipment (helmet, gloves and arm pads) that can be used during training sessions.
* Payment Options
There are three options for paying for our midweek Autumn training.
- £5 per session
- £25 paid up-front for 6 weeks, giving 1 week free
- £50 paid up-front for 12 weeks, giving 2 weeks free
In all cases, anyone who has never played lacrosse will get their first session free.
