Membership Rules
- All members must be registered with the club and pay the required membership fees.

Safety Rules
- All members must wear approved safety equipment (e.g., helmets, knee pads, etc – depending on whether you are playing Men’s or Women’s rules).
- Members must report any injuries or illnesses to the club management or coaching staff before participating in club activities.
- Members must not participate in club activities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Members must not engage in any behaviour that could put themselves or others at risk of injury.
Conduct Rules
- Members must treat other members, coaches, and officials with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Members must not use abusive language or engage in any form of harassment or bullying.
- Members must not engage in any behaviour that could bring the club into disrepute.
- Members must comply with all instructions from coaches, officials, and club management.
Facility Rules
- Members must use club facilities and equipment responsibly and with care.
- Members must not damage or vandalise club property.
- Members must comply with all rules and regulations related to the use of club facilities.
Game and Match Rules
- Members must comply with all rules and regulations related to the sport, including those set by the governing body.
- Members must not engage in any behaviour that could be considered unsportsmanlike or unfair.
- Members must respect the decisions of referees, umpires, and other officials.
- Members must not dispute or argue with officials’ decisions.
Social Media and Communication Rules
- Members must not post any content on social media that could bring the club into disrepute.
- Members must not use social media to harass or bully other members or officials.
- Members must comply with all club policies related to social media and communication.
Disciplinary Rules
- The club reserves the right to discipline members who breach these rules or engage in any behaviour that could bring the club into disrepute.
- Disciplinary action may include, but is not limited to, warnings, suspensions, and expulsion from the club.
- Members have the right to appeal any disciplinary action taken against them.
Grievance Procedure
- Members who have a grievance or complaint about the club or its activities should report it to the club management or coaching staff.
- The club will investigate all grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Members have the right to appeal any decision made by the club in relation to a grievance or complaint.
Data Protection and Privacy Rules
- The club will comply with all relevant data protection and privacy laws.
