Summer Training 2022

Social Training Sessions (Cost: £Free)
When: Wednesday 13th April then weekly until the end of August, 18:30 till dusk.
Where: On public grass land in Shenley Church End. Car park at end of Aldwycks Close MK5 6HZ
Who: Everyone / anyone. We have equipment for new players.
Saturday Mini Games (Cost: £Free)
When: Sat 16th April – Sat 30th April – Sat 14th May – Sat 28th May – all 11:00 to 12:00
Where: Shenley Leisure Centre 3G, MK5 6HF. Car park opposite Sainsbury’s entrance.
Who: Everyone / anyone. We have equipment for new players.

Full Contact Field Lacrosse

The traditional format of the game, mostly played by men. The MK men’s team have been competing in the Southern League since 2015.

Semi-Contact Field Lacrosse

The traditional semi-contact format of the game as played by youth and senior women. MK will be entering the 2022/23 South East Women’s League. We also play occasional mixed gender lacrosse games.

Full Contact Box Lacrosse

Box lacrosse is a high tempo / high contact form of the sport played as 6-a-side within an enclosed / boarded space. There is a growing box scene in the UK with MK men and now women playing box when they can.
