Club Training – Administrative Information

Important administrative information for those attending club training

Milton Keynes Lacrosse Club is a member of the English Lacrosse Association which means all those who attend club training should register with the ELA. This is a simple, free, online service via the Register link on the ELA website. The ELA will never pass on your personal details to 3rd parties. Registered players then are covered by the ELA’s public liability insurance – which is very important if the unlikely happens and you need it!

If you are already registered with the ELA you can add “Milton Keynes Lacrosse Club” onto your profile. This will not conflict with any existing club membership as we have not yet entered teams into the league. Players who are members of other lacrosse clubs can still play league games with that club on a Saturday (men) or a Sunday (women).

We are also working with Sport England via their Sportivate programme to bring more young people into sport. Those under the age of 25 years will need to complete a Sportivate Participant Registration Form and return this at their next training session. Forms will be available to take away at each training session. This form ensures we have the required parent/guardian permissions for under 16’s and allows Sport England to monitor our progress and hopefully make us able to apply for Sport England funding as the club grows.
