Men’s Field Lacrosse
Men’s field lacrosse is played with 10 on-field players per team, comprising of a goalkeeper, 3 x defence, 3 x midfield and 3 x attack outfield players. Rolling substitutions, especially for midfield players, means an ideal squad size is around 15 players. Whilst predominantly played by men, women are also welcome to put on helmet and gloves for training and competitive league games. Read our more detailed quick guide to men’s lacrosse.
Training
In-season training is held at the Woughton Pavilion Astro Pitches on Wednesday’s from September to March.
Players from other clubs are more than welcome to join us at any of our training sessions. Players can pay-as-you-train or pay in advance and receive a discount. First timers always get a free first training session. See club fees.
League Games
League games are played on our grass pitch at Woughton Pavilion, Newport Rd, Woughton on the Green, Milton Keynes MK6 3EA (map)

Our men’s team play in the English Southern League which runs from October to April. All games start at 2pm unless otherwise stated. See all the Southern League fixtures, results and tables. For the 2024/25 season we are also entering a joint team with Welwyn 2s, playing in South East Division 3.
